Directions for Setup of AgeFix utility

1. Download the utility AgeFix2.zip using this link

2. Place it into your main SportsTrak folder and Unzip it (as 2 files: AgeFix.exe and AgeFix For ST2010.exe)

3. Phone (03 5523 2120), Fax (03 5523 5144), or email CaRob carobcomputing@hotkey.net.au with your school name on your SportsTrak, school order number and a return email address. We will send via email a small file named AgeFix.tps that will activate the AgeFix utility for your SportsTrak. Place AgeFix.tps into the SportsTrak folder with AgeFix.exe

Note: This utility can be run before or after you have imported this year's students, but it must be done before you have entered competitors. If you have competitors in, you must delete them because actual age groups of kids will change due to the change of reference date.

Update Steps

1. If using an older folder such as Swim 09 or Aths09, make a copy of it as Swim10 or Aths10

2. If you have a 2010 SportsTrak (see Version Date at bottom of SportsTrak screen), open any data folders and make sure that the data opens in the later SportsTrak.

3. Close SportsTrak and run AgeFix.exe by double-clicking on it. If using a 2010 SportsTrak, use AgeFix for ST2010.exe instead.

4. Go to 1. Set Path and select the folder to be converted.

5. Click 2. Convert and then click the Convert button.

In a couple of seconds you will see these messages.

6. The job's done. Exit AgeFix and run SportsTrak
