October 2003 - major upgrade details All your staff can see all resources from anywhere Great for bookable computer rooms, library spaces, AV equipment, meeting rooms, video around the school, etc. Add in timetabled bookings...everyone else can see it and book availbable sessions. eg computer rooms Supports 5 day, 10 day and cyclic timetables, including cyclic with fixed days. If someone changes your booking, a log is written. Run summaries of resource usage by KLA, form group, or User, providing great information for planning. BookIt! can be minimised, and it automatically updates every 20 seconds. Bookings can be viewed in either of two modes: One resource viewed over a week All resources in a category viewed in a day (eg all computer rooms for today)
