All offers are valid in Europe, subject to availability.
Prices (VAT included) are indicated in Euros. Prices may vary according to VAT. Goods whose value exceeds 450 will be delivered within 1 month. Goods are thoroughly described. The company is not responsible for any description errors that may occur. Any dispute that may arise between the company and the customer will not be considered after a 6-month delay.

All available products present in the different catalogs will be delivered within 24 hours (except for free gifts and samples).
Do I benefit from it when I order on Internet?
In most cases, products ordered on Internet before 10:00 AM (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) will be delivered the following day (without any commitment).

Products for exchange or refund must be returned within 15 days. Fill the exchange/refund voucher and clearly indicate the grounds for discontent.

Exchange is free of charge. No P&P is to be paid by the customer.

To avoid any fees when exchanging a product, payment must be sent with the exchange voucher if the new product costs more than the initial product. We will send you a refund if the new product costs less than the initial product.

Legal warranty is indicated for each product. A 2-year warranty applies to most products. Under warranty, repairs, spare parts and labor costs are free of charge.For an extended warranty, check the indicated "extended warranty" reference. Price and duration of the extended warranty are indicated in the catalog. Your contract will be sent to you within one month.

Important!

Keep the original packaging: it may be useful when sending a product back to us for repair. For repairs exceeding 7 days, your warranty will be extended accordingly. Keep the repair form as proof of warranty extension.

*After-Sales Service and spare parts are guaranteed as long as spare parts are provided by the manufacturer. Spare parts will be available for one year from product delivery.
