License Agreement

By installing or using SportsTrak 3000, the purchaser agrees to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software, and contact CaRob Computing.

CaRob Computing grants the purchaser the right to use one or more installations of SportsTrak 3000 within a single school, campus or organisation.  This includes multi-campus schools at a single address, but not on dispersed sites.  The software may also be installed on staff personal computers for use outside the school while working on the license holder's carnivals.

The purchase includes all minor updates, which can be checked for using the button on the SportsTrak toolbar.

The use of this software program is at the user's own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaRob Computing shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruptions, arising from the use or inability to use the software. In no event shall the company's total liability to the user for any damages exceed the amount paid for the purchase of the software. By using the software, the user acknowledges and agrees to this limitation of liability.

Users of this software are expected to be proficient in standard Windows operations, including but not limited to, managing files and folders, understanding properties of shortcuts and related file locations, copying files, extracting files from compressed folders.

Customer support is provided to the best of our ability, and is usually not charged for, but cannot be guaranteed.  Such support is directly for the use of SportsTrak 3000, and does not include Windows training.

CaRob Computing provides some online functions via our cloud server. This has an on-going cost to us, but is not being charged for. However, in future a modest annual fee may be required for the on-line functionality.

The software may not be rented, lent, or leased to any other party.  The purchaser may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.

If the purchaser does not agree with the terms of this agreement then the full product should be deleted and contact made with CaRob Computing conveying this fact.   Similarly, if the software does not suit your needs then the full product should be deleted and contact made with CaRob Computing conveying this fact. If this contact is made within 42 days of purchase then CaRob will return the purchase price.
