SportsTrak tries to predict the Event Number and Print Order but does not always get it right, so over-write those fields to suit.
Event Name is a drop-down list, populated with the entries in the Library of Events
Time is entered as a 4 digit number in 24 hour notation, eg 1025 for 10:25AM or 1340 for 1:40PM
Age Group or Year Level, depending upon the carnival type is from whatever was entered in the Setup Menu
Other Info is additional information that appears on the program along with the event. e.g. Pit 2 or 3kg Shot, or Starting Height 1.1m
